Will Apple have the update embedded with a newer release of Tiger?

I've just tried Panther with an emulator and it's the best OS.
I have installed all other OSs on my hard drive, not emulated ; Windows XP Pro, Arch Linux, FreeBSD (NetBSD you have to type in URL for pkg_add grr), and Longhorn 5048.
I'm going nuts. I want Tiger now! Don't torture me Dale. :( Time to save some cash.
