Google bot
Posted by Michael Dale on Sat, 03 Sep 2005 10:20 AMThe google bot went a bit crazy last month and did over 1.25GB of data transfer. I think it has cached all my source images from my photos page. I have over a 1gb of source images there.
Last month this site did over 2gb of data transfer. A lot of it went towards the Netvista Linux downloads.
Bit hard to check on my current system although it looks like uploads last month worked out to be about 6gb (about 500mb more than downloads).
Mail is increasing and probably should see over 10,000 messages this month. Mostly from mailing lists I host.
Mmm. I wonder how much data I really should be pushing through an adsl connection :p
Loads on the web server are up a lot this month too. Still mostly under 1.00, but more than expected.

Less than you are. :P Especially on upstream! (But that's so cool!) What's funny is that my site reported 100% uptime last month, and is on track for high-nines this month :P Gotta love "consumer-grade" ADSL!
I'm helping with those emails ;)...heh heh...will proly die down a bit now tho..
Wow... what's your total monthly transfer up to now? My website did nearly 1.7GB (1.3GB+0.38GB) last month, but that doesn't include email and whatever else as well. You would have been pushing 5GB!
